How it works
This tool uses remote photoplethysmography (rPPG) to detect subtle color changes in your face caused by blood flow. By analyzing these tiny variations frame by frame, it can estimate your heart rate, breathing rate, and heart rate variability.
Note: This free version measures heart rate using a local algorithm. For full HRV metrics (SDNN, RMSSD), the VitalLens API with an API key is required.
